Rare Antique GEORGIAN Blue Urn MEMORIAL Mourning Ring Enamel and Rock Crystal Dated 1788 Memento Mori Jewelry

RARE to find is this sentimental Georian ring dated 1788. This beautiful ring is 15 kt gold with a rock crystal top and gorgeous blue enamel and gold urn with initials of E.S. The ring shank is enameled in white and is engraved,  white enamel  was usually reserved for children, the unwed and members of the clergy.It memorializes :

The ring is just under 2 inches in length and  1/2 an inch across, the ring size seems of a generous size opening is about 3/4 of an inch across.

All in original condition, with the white enamel worn as is common for the age. A most dear and beautiful rare piece from over TWO hundred years ago!
