Made of early plastic or Bakelite in two tone greens with black, very strong Deco design! The vintage buckle is still on its original display card, maker being American company Ultra Kraft. The Deco buckle measures 2 inches by 1.5 inches in size, the card measures 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches.
